A Blogger’s Progress

About

I’ve been blogging since 2000 (I think), when I discovered that a group of young techies who called themselves Pyra Labs was offering a service they called Blogger. I started blogging with Pyra Labs with a simple goal: I wanted to post my 20-some years worth of natural history observations in a searchable archive. Since then Google has taken over Blogger, WordPress has evolved as an attractive competitor, and I have started too many blogs with both outfits to be able to keep track of them all. This blog offers me a master archive of what I’ve learned when, what I’m wrestling with at the moment, and where I think I’m trying to get. It’s also a place to share my victories and vent my frustrations in case anyone else is interested….
